His leadership roles include serving as National Director of Youth and College Voter Empowerment at the NAACP, where he built and led large-scale voter engagement initiatives, and as Director of Field Operations and Political Programs at the National Black Justice Coalition, where he worked to strengthen relationships between policymakers and diverse communities.
Throughout his career, Jasper has organized congressional briefings, national convenings, and community-based initiatives on issues ranging from voter engagement and public health to social justice and equity. His work consistently reflects a belief that policy is most effective when it is informed by the people it impacts.
He is also a respected voice in media and public discourse, regularly offering political commentary on television, radio, and digital platforms.
